Celebrate a birthday with these charming mini-party hats made out of cupcake wrappers and mini-pom-poms! Choose either a set of 6 or 12 hats from the drop-down menu. These hats come with a gold-colored elastic band that slips over the heads of party animals & dinosaurs (not included).

PLEASE NOTE SIZE CAREFULLY: Hats are approx. 2 1/4 x 1 inch. Please note the bottom of the hat is approx. 1" diameter - so please keep this in mind when considering what animals to use. The animals in these photos are approximately 4 or 5 inches high (excluding the giraffe) For example - the horses are 5" x 5 1/2" inches. I intentionally make some straps longer and some shorter, as all animal heads are not created equal. If one hat doesn't work on the giraffe, for example, please try it on the tiger. :)

As these are made out of paper, you may have to gently adjust and open the hats once they are on the animal's head. If you find the strap is too long, you can wrap it around the animal's head twice.

**Please note there will be variations from the pictures above, as each set is made to order from my ever-expanding collection (can't stop, won't stop) of pretty, patterned, and solid cupcake liners (last picture). Feel free to request more pinks and reds for girls, or more blues and greens for boys, if you'd like, in the "Notes to Seller" section when you check out. Please check with me first if it's a very specific request so that I can make sure I can fulfill your requests. Otherwise, it is a totally random assortment of colors, patterns, and pom poms.

FAQ:

Most of the animals I have are the brand Schleich which a lot of toy stores carry - I think even Target and Michael's might carry them too.
The main thing is that they are not the little little animals, but the bigger size about 4 1/2 or 5 inches and bigger. The ones that are 1 or 2 inches are really too small.

If you already have an animal or dinosaur with a large thick neck (lion, elephant, triceratops, etc), you may want to consider these hats with extra long strings:
