This is a bundle of 12 medium green vintage glass flower elements to be used in jewelry making. These are the kind used by Miriam Haskell, deMario, and others in the 1930s and date to that time. They were made in Czechoslovakia or Bohemia. These are extremely hard to find. I was lucky enough to buy a few bundles about 25 years ago from a retired jewelry artist.
Although they have wire stems, I do NOT believe the stems were made to support much weight, so they could not be used as headpins for earrings.
Inv #5387xpnk.
SIZE: Each flower is a little less than 3/8" in diameter. The length including the wire is about 3 1/2".
PICTURES HAVE BEEN ENLARGED TO SHOW DETAIL. PLEASE SEE SIZE SECTION ABOVE FOR ACCURATE MEASUREMENTS AND WEIGHTS.
