I ordered a size 18month first birthday tutu set for my baby. It didn't fit and Tasha simply told me I should have ordered a 2T!!! Why would I order a 2T for my baby when she can barely wear 18months? (18months is a bit too big for her right now)I sent her pictures and everything and she didn't care. VERY DISAPPOINTING AND NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. Order from someone who cares about their customers.

Customer ordered the wrong size . She clearly failed to follow ordering instructions and I was unwilling to refund her. It states in refund policy that I will not refund if you order the wrong size . She sent a picture of the measuring tape against the tutu and it was clearly the size she ordered . She must not be able to read a measuring tape or she would not have sent me the picture . I own up to my mistakes but this is a case where you just can't make everyone happy :) please don't let one persons inability to follow directions detour you from ordering :)
