Gift wrapping and packaging

Each item will be sent in a gift box that is one of three sizes. It will be perfect for gift giving; no wrapping even needed! It's also recyclable! Items will be shipped USPS first class (unless priority is chosen) in a recyclable bubble mailer. Any priority items will be shipped using the appropriate flat rate box. International items will be shipped USPS First Class with Insurance and will only be able to be tracked up until the package leaves the US.

Custom and personalized orders

We welcome custom orders but there could be additional costs incurred depending on the changes needed. We will gladly build on to one of our existing designs but we will not copy a design from another shop and turn it into a custom order. We appreciate the support but please reach out to that shop owner.

The lengths of all necklaces are detailed with the particular item's listing. If a longer or shorter chain is desired please send a message before purchasing. Earring design lengths will not be changed. If a different length or design is desired, please message for a custom order. The rings are sized to your specifications; they are not adjustable. Due to this, please ensure you are choosing the correct size at checkout.

International First Class USPS: Tracking Number & 3rd Party Insurance International Priority: Tracking & Insurance (ability to file claims) Delivery times vary on the international packages. International shipments sent First Class include a customs number. This number provides tracking up until the package leaves the USA and is delivered. Insurance will be added via a 3rd party for the ability to file claims and the added insurance is reflected in the cost. Please be advised that these orders could take longer than 2 weeks to be delivered. I am not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the USPS; unfortunately delays do happen but I will work with you in contacting the USPS for issues.

Returns/Exchanges & Refunds

We will accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of the item being delivered. You will be required to send it back within 14 days. We will notify you once the original item has been received and the exchange item will then be created within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be handled on case by case basis. In the event of a packaging delay by the USPS (2+ weeks), a claim will be filed with them and a new item will be sent if no movement records have been update once the claim is closed. The new item will be sent with a different shipping method and should you eventually receive the original item, we ask that you send it back. Please be advised that international orders may take longer than 2 weeks to be delivered.

MO residents will be charged a 4.23% state sales tax on their order.

PROCESS:

♥ Each 18 gauge stacking ring is hand soldered, textured and then tumbled for durability.
♥ A gemstone is set in a coordinating bezel (the gemstones are not fully set in the sample photos).
♥ Tumbling polishes, clears away any debris/oxidation and hardens the metal. You can order your ring with a hammered texture or smooth texture!

♥ Please keep in mind that these rings are made to order and depending on the amount of open orders there could be a slight delay. We will communicate if there are any shipping delays.
