How soon will my order be shipped after I purchase?

Most orders will ship within 1-3 business days from the time you purchase Custom orders will ship within 1-2 weeks from the time you purchase...if not sooner.

How long until I receive my package once you mail it?

Orders shipped via USPS Ground Advantage typically take 2-5 business days transit time. Orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail take 2-3 days transit time. You will receive a tracking number so you can trace your shipment. Your package will be coming from WI.

What if I'm not sure a headband is going to fit?

I have 2 standard sizes that I make... 18" headband fits most toddlers to 8 year olds 20" headband fits most 8 year olds to adults There is a elastic in the back that stretches to give comfort and flexible fit.

I would like to order headbands for an entire team. Do you accept large orders?

Yes! I can work with you on any quantities and colors/patterns.

How are my items packaged?

Smaller sized orders are packaged in bubble mailers. Headbands will be placed in plastic sleeves. Large orders will ship in corrugated boxes
