The Wild Months Postcards Set are a pack of 12 postcards, one postcard for each month of the year, taken from the illustrated pages of my 2024 Wildlife Calendar. They combine drawings and hand-written notes about what to look out for in the natural world that month – the birds and animals and flowers and insects that fill the countryside with fascinating movement.

The set makes a great gift, or it can be used to create your own calendar, or why not send one a month to someone special? These postcards have been used by lots of people to keep in touch with loved ones. I feel very honoured to be part of that.

They are also great for using to talk to kids about nature and the seasons.

Size: The postcards are A6 size (105mm x 148mm) and have lovely rounded corners. There’s plenty of space on the back for writing. Each card comes with a nice kraft brown envelope. The pack is held together with a paper belly band (these packs are now plastic free! Hooray!).

ABOUT THE PAPER GOODS

All the products are designed, manufactured and packaged by hand in the UK. The postcards are printed on FSC certified paper stock which means it has been sourced sustainably. The packs are assembled by Brenda here in the studio.

The original drawings are inspired by the little corner of the world I’m lucky enough to inhabit. I draw in pencil, biro and watercolour, filling my sketchbook with drawings and notes, and working on bigger pencil drawings back in the studio.
