My shop says posted in 1-3 days after payment has been received, this gives me some flexibility for those hectic days in life ! But I nearly always manage to post it the same or next day (depending on the time you order it ).

I use royal mail 2nd class and Hermes for anything larger than a large letter.

A parcel should arrive with you in 2-3 working days in the uk & international 7-10 working days .

The postal service in the uk do not consider an item lost until the due date plus 10 working days have passed !, I always obtain proof of posting so if it is lost I would need to wait until about a week before resending / refunding for non delivery, otherwise the original one may still turn up. If it is damaged I can claim immediately. Thank you for your understanding, the postal service can sometimes take an exceptionally long time to deliver either in the uk or abroad, but I am glad to say it doesn't happen often.

If ordering more than 1 item that is the same/similar quite often I can get 2 or 3 posted for the same price however sometimes customers order over this amount pushing the package into a more expensive bracket so I have listed how much extra it will cost to send more of the same/similar items " with another item" assuming it will go into the next bracket of pricing. If your package does not go into the next weight bracket you will be re-funded as soon as I have weighed it and checked it for size. Driftwood items are classed as similar but can vary in size and weight depending on what you choose so again I have gone into the next posting bracket.
It is not my intention to overcharge or make a profit for postage just cover my costs, and this seems to be the fairest way for you as the buyer and me as the seller.

If the item you are buying is a gift I am happy to wrap it with tissue paper and tie with a tag for you to write your own message this service is free, please let me know if you would like this.

All items are appropriately packaged and wherever possible I use recycled packaging to help generate less waste packaging. Greeting cards will be posted in an envelope with stiffened card so there is no damage during transit. Should an item arrive damaged please contact me before leaving negative feedback, I will replace or refund.
