I generally ship orders out within 1-10 business days after payment.

To offer the cheapest shipping fees, I have to collect orders, so I can not ship on a daily basis unless a lot of orders come in.

However, depending on when your order comes in, it may even be shipped within a couple of hours already, so please keep that in mind when you think you might have to cancel as I will not accept cancellations once the order has shipped!

Shipping an order outside of my normal mailing cycle will likely cost extra.

I NEVER accept returns, exchanges or refunds for commissioned artworks, personalized, signed or 'made to order' products!
All mystery bags are also excluded since the content is random.

Be sure you want to have the product before you purchase because returns take a long time and cost both of us money.

Orders marked as 'Free Shipping' may still have a handling fee that will not be refunded.

I will accept returns, exchanges and issue refunds for products that I made a mistake listing (such as wrong size), if I sent the wrong item or something arrives broken.

If you live in Europe I accept returns within 14 days. You have to ship the order back to me before I will refund you the product price but not shipping fees.

The standard shipping method for most products is Economy Mail which is the cheapest but not the fastest and does not include a tracking number!

I want to provide the cheapest possible shipping fees and leave the option of getting the order quicker up to the buyer, for a little extra cost.

FREE SHIPPING is always the slower option, and gets no tracking!

Buyers are responsible for customs fees! If an order is returned due to unpaid customs fees, I will refund the product price only after getting it back.

If you think your order is late, please contact me so I can check if it is within the normal timeframe or check the (optionally available) tracking number.

6-8 full weeks need to pass before international mail can be considered lost.
Once that time has passed, I will further talk to you about shipping you replacements or giving refunds.
If your order has tracking, an official investigation can be started sooner. You may have to respond to mail from the postal service in that case.

I can not refund orders that are just a little late. Allow some time for clarification (6-12 weeks internationally).
Postal service problems or delays are out of my control!

The "Mark as Gift" option only means that the packaging slip will not have order prices, it does not include gift wrapping or other extras.

I am required by law to add a customs form to all orders to the USA, and starting in 2021 other countries as well, which will have details about the order contents and value, as well as customer and seller information, for official custom purposes.

I do offer a gift wrapping option for an extra fee. This includes wrapping paper with Christmas, birthday, Easter, or neutral themes, ribbon, and a print with artwork and personalized gift message. Please contact me for details if you purchase this service.

*have read the listing including info about the size, condition, and nature of the item, for example if it's a print or original artwork, a single button or a whole set, or if it is ATC size (2.5 x 3.5")!

*check all product pictures to make sure you like the design as you have to pay any return shipping fees!

*contact me beforehand if you have any questions about my products, shipping, or the shop!

*be sure you can wait for your order to arrive from Europe as that takes longer than when you order locally!

*review your address details stored with Etsy! If your order is impossible to be delivered and returned to me due to an incorrect address I will refund the product price only, or insist on you paying for shipping it once more!

If you receive your order damaged in transit or partially missing, please contact me immediately as there is only a window of a couple of days to file a claim!
You may also need to go to your post office and file a claim for damage caused by them because I am not always able to do that for you.

You may need to provide photographic proof of the damage to the product and the packaging.

You may need to wait until a postal service claim is answered and solved before I can send you a replacement or refund your order. This can take several weeks!
I will decide whether to refund or ship replacements on a case to case basis.

In case of buyer's remorse, I will accept returns, however, commissions and all kinds of personalized (dedicated) items are exempt!
Finished commissions will NOT be refunded!

You will need to pay for return shipping yourself.
I will issue a refund for the item/order price minus initial shipping only AFTER the returned order has arrived and is in original condition!
Returns that arrive damaged or even unsellable may not be refunded at all! Please make sure it's well packaged.

I now offer Free Shipping to US locations for orders over 35 USD without a raise in my product prices.

This Free Shipping is the slow 'Economy Mail' and comes without a tracking number by default.
If you want a faster option, please choose 'Priority' instead.
If you want a tracking number, please choose 'Registered Mail'.

Registered Mail requires a signature (usually from you, or another person living with you) upon receipt. You may need to pick your order up at the post office if you are not home at time of delivery.

If an order with Free Shipping is returned and you wish for a refund, I will refund the product price minus a handling fee of about 4 USD, depending on your order value. Please be aware of this before ordering/returning.
