1 oz MILLEFIORE MIXED GLASS Decorative Cabochons - 40 - 60 in Bag!

Millefiori Glass Cabochons, or buttons. Smaller millefiori are called wafers. These are not clothing buttons.
Flat Round Millefiori Glass Cabochons, Mixed Color, sizes

Sold by 1 oz weight - number of items will vary due to differences in diameter and thickness from my supplier. Guaranteed at least 40 - 60 pieces.

NOTE TO FLATTEN - Use a pick or tweezers to gently push them flat while they are still molten.

My supplier did not provide the C.O.E., so I did these tests with the 1000 and 2000 series enamels. In a trial firing of several 1 X 2” copper rectangles coated with 1995 black enamel and the millefiore, one out of seven of the fired millefiore cracked but did not chip off and did not loosen when the fired piece was dropped on the concrete floor. I believe this result is to be expected. Just in case, I coated the fired rectangles with a liquid clear coat to prevent any chipping or cracking.
