What should I do if the package received is damaged?

If the package you receive is damaged you need to take some photos of the package (before opening it) and eventually of the ruined object. Send me the pictures, reporting the problem as soon as possible. Only then I will be able to contact the shipping company and I will try my best to obtain a refund.
