This is a beautiful ring to show your profession when you are on the job or off. The four band puzzle ring has a medical caduceus on the front with the letters 'R N' on either side for Registered Nurse. The design is purposefully flat so that it can be worn with gloves. The picture is of the ring made of 10k yellow gold with a 10k white gold caduceus, but the ring can be make of sterling silver, 10k gold, 14k gold, 18k gold or in platinum. The gold can be yellow gold, white gold, rose gold or green gold (green gold not available in 10k). If you would like to have your ring made of two colors of gold as shown, please specify in a comment on the order.

We make over 100 designs of puzzle rings, gimmal rings, féde rings, chain rings and wedding puzzle rings drawing from the traditions of Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Persia, and Europe, and our own modern variations.

Each ring is handcrafted in our workshop in middle Tennessee, drawing on our own family tradition which is nearing its 70th anniversary. Tacey makes all items by hand with some help from part-time employees.

When you check out, a drop down box will offer you the various shipping prices and give you the time each should take to get to you. This shipping time is in addition to the 3 - 5 business days it takes to make your item to order.

Rings can be made in any size. If you wear an unusual size that is not listed, such as a larger or smaller ring, please contact us for prices and manufacturing time. Most items can be completed within a week.

All of our jewelry is handcrafted, so expect some slight variation among pieces of jewelry even of the same style.
