Our handmade cotton canvas pillows can be spot cleaned with a mild detergent and air dried. As an alternative, you can scrub gently with a damp Magic Eraser - they work great!

Custom orders are our favorite! If you have something in mind that you don't see in any of our listings, please send us a message! We'd be happy to create something special just for you!

Our shop is open for purchases 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We are in the studio long hours every day and try hard to answer your questions quickly. We do, however, sleep occasionally and we are in the EST time zone - the same as New York City, USA - so we may be slower to answer questions from midnight to 6am our time.

Unfortunately once an item leaves us, there isn't much we can do from our end. We recommend contacting your local post office and requesting GPS coordinates of the delivery location. Check with those living in your home and with your neighbors as well, most times they show up with them a few days later. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. No refund or replacement can be issued if the item is marked delivered.

Each item is handmade by us here in our studio, so production time varies based on the degree of difficulty for making the pillow. Most other pillows ship within 3 days. Movie ticket and wedding invitation pillows can take up to 3 weeks. See product description for exact details! Please note any shipping time purchased is completely separate. Choose your delivery speed when checking out which will determine how fast your order will get to you after it is made and sent.

We ship our pillows in polymailers. If you choose to have your item gift-wrapped, we put it first in a high quality decorative polymailer with your personal gift message attached and then put the "wrapped" pillow in a regular shipping mailer.

All my pillows are complete, stuffed pillows and arrive ready to enjoy or gift! They are either closed with an invisible zipper or hand-sewn shut.
