The description did not say the ring had dents the communication with the seller was slow and the item came late. Worse, the seller Rita told me to contact Etsy for the refund for the return which I had to open a case to obtain a refund for the item sent back. Will never buy from this seller again

I bought this piece because it’s the exact one I received as a graduation gift back in 2011. I lost it in a move, and it holds sentimental value to me. It was in perfect condition when I received it, and even shinier than the one I had. She was on point with communication, and very swift with responses. Her shop is amazing. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a piece of high quality jewelry. I’m so thankful I found it!!
