Can I get a collar for my puppy that will fit when s/he's an adult??

That depends on breed, but in general, expect to purchase 2 or 3 sizes to cover the range from puppyhood to adulthood. Our size ranges listed are the maximum possible, so while we can +/- a little bit, adding length to one end means sacrificing it from the other end, and vice versa, in every situation.

What if I am ordering for a growing puppy?

Measure your puppy’s neck (or girth, for a harness) – we will make the collar/harness using that number as the smallest adjustment, with only room to get larger so your puppy can wear the new collar/harness as long as possible. For example, a puppy with a 12” neck might receive a collar that adjusts from 12” – 17”.

All items are washable. Hand or machine wash in cold water with like colors. A garment bag and mild detergent is recommended. NO bleach or fabric softener. Lay flat to dry.

Do you offer embroidery?

As of April 2018, we no longer offer embroidery. We've found engraving is far more appropriate for most adjustable collar applications. We offer personalized Jingle Free Tags, personalized metal buckles, and traditional hanging tags.

What is your turnaround time?

Orders may be delayed or cancelled if size or other critical information is missing. Do you have tags that fit 1.5 or 2" collars?

We have have 1.25", 1.5", and 2" tags now! We do not have other non-standard sizes (7/8", 5/16", etc).

I have an engraved buckle from another company that has "worn off". Will yours do this?

Nearly all other collar makers use an inexpensive CO2 laser to etch their buckles. This effectively burns the text into just the surface finish of the buckle, and as such, is prone to wearing off and becoming illegible after a short time. Our process uses an industrial CNC diamond-tipped tool to engrave into the metal. This ensures a higher quality, longer lasting result when compared to laser-etched products.

What if I order the wrong size on a personalized collar?

While we can't accept returns of personalized items, you have some options! We have replacement parts for breakaway collars that will allow you to swap bands (of the same width) without purchasing a whole new collar. For other types of gear, we can offer a buckle credit if you send it to us to swap onto another item of the same width.
