All products are hand painted with top rack dishwasher safe enamel paint and heat set, I go the extra step and seal all my products with a waterproof sealant to make sure your design lasts. Hand Washing is recommended on all ceramic pieces. Please do not place the ceramic or glassware in the dishwasher. No soaking

Hand painted glassware holds up much longer than vinyl glasses, the vinyl can peel and discolor over time, Hand painted glasses keep their color and when properly taken care of can last for years.

We can almost always rush an order if you need it quickly. If you need an item for an upcoming event, please purchase a rush listing fee to bump your order in line. Due to the large volume of orders I receive a rush listing must be purchased, please do not add your need by date on the order.

Upgraded shipping for faster delivery is available at checkout for most products. Both lead time and shipping time need to be considered when estimating arrival times.

You do not need to request a custom order if you are only personalizing or making slight modifications to the text. You can add your custom text to the notes to seller section when you check out, please note if you add longer text the writing will be smaller. Simple changes can be done for free, more extensive changes a custom order will need to be made for you.

Since our items are made by hand and painted at the time of ordering I can not provide a proof of my items. Can you send me a photo of my item before it ships? Since all our items go straight from the oven to the shipping department, we are unable to send a photo, but we will add the text exactly as it is written in the order notes. Please contact us if you have any concerns about your order

Order Changes & Cancellations

Please review your personalization information before submitting your order. Check spelling, dates, and names carefully. Understandably, I am not able to accept cancellations or changes to orders once they are placed, as they are immediately sent into production. You are welcome to email us if you have questions about personalization, before placing your order.

If you receive an item and there is a mistake with it, you must message us within 7 days of delivery. After this time frame, we are not responsible for issues with an order. If the order was made with the notes you left and but the notes you entered were wrong or in the wrong order, we will not remake or refund an order.

*Please double check all information left in notes BEFORE purchasing. * If there is an error on our part, we will replace the item with a corrected item.
