Boy, do we understand! 🙂 Please remember, all fabric orders are shipped within 2 business days unless the fabric ordered is on back order (holiday's excluded). In this case, the listing will be reflective of the appropriate processing time. Most of our hand-made soft goods are on a 2 week lead but sometimes we surprise ourselves and can run ahead of schedule. Once your order is processed and ready for the carrier, only then will you receive an email update with tracking/delivery information. NO UPDATES ARE AVAILABLE to our customer service team until orders are fulfilled, which will automatically prompt for you to receive an email update directly. Please be patient and only request updates if this processing window has passed. Thank you!

"Can I order more than 1 yard in a continuous length?"

Yes you can! All orders are cut continuous up to the specified bolt lengths within the listing. Please use the quantity box in the listing to help place the appropriate amount of yardage in your cart. If your order requires more than 1 cut, please mention your cut preferences in the “notes to seller” box at checkout. If no note is attached to the order specifying cut preferences, we may send based on quantities on hand.

"Help! My order arrived and this fabric doesn't match my décor!"

If you have purchased fabric “by the yard” and would like to return for store credit, please ship to Sweet Annie Acres PO Box 462, Lapeer MI 48446. Once received, we will issue you a coupon code for the purchase price minus the original shipping charge. Fabric must be in original uncut condition. Please allow up to 3 business days to process. Because we pay our seamstresses by the piece and immediately upon completion, we do not offer returns or exchanges on any of our made to order soft goods unless we have made a mistake. Please make sure to read our descriptions carefully as these can contain important sizing information needed to make an educated purchase. Samples are available in our shop if color can be an issue with your décor.

"Is this product white? The listing describes it as beige, natural, or brown."

Please read listing titles and descriptions as we try our best to describe the fabric as accurately as possible. Our grain sack fabrics and linen line of fabric are all either an oatmeal beige or a creamy natural as the listings states. Please order a sample if color can be an issue.

"I made an error to my shipping address!"

Please make sure your message to us contains the corrected address. We will reply as soon as we can with confirmation if we are able to make these changes or if we will need to cancel the order and have you reorder with the corrected information.

"Will my order be here by ____ date?"

As a rule, we do not quote or guarantee delivery dates OR processing times: handmade + custom + not a factory = variables. But once orders ship, the carrier will typically ship at the speed chosen at checkout. Please note: carriers due not guarantee transit times unless expedited shipping is purchased.

"I need your expert advice in measuring fabric for my project!"

We love to help! Please keep in mind we are not upholsterers. Some smaller projects we can definitely make a go of it and crunch the numbers with you but PLEASE always double check our math. We cannot be held liable if a miscalculation is made. Make sure your message to us includes your projects measurements and how you are hoping the stripes will fall when complete. This makes it easier for us to calculate.

"My tracking number is still showing 'pre-shipment?”

Why?: Once our fulfillment team marks your order as fulfilled and you get the shipping notification email, this simply means your tracking label has been printed and purchased from the carrier. Once the carrier picks up the order (which is scheduled upon creation of the label), they will then need to deliver it to their carrier facility before they update your tracking number. Please be patient but shoot us an email if the tracking has not updated in 72 hours.

"Why does my order tracking show “in transit; arrival late”?"

The United States Postal Service is extremely bogged down due to covid-19 restrictions and the volume increase of online buying/shipping because of the pandemic. We are seeing significant delays all over the United States in every major hub. Unfortunately, I do not have any specific time-frame to go off from but most of our delayed domestic parcels are being delivered within 3 weeks from their ship date. International orders can take up to 16 weeks. Please know I am watching all of this very closely and we haven't lost a package yet! I do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Due to the spinning of the fibers, this fabric may contain slubs and other imperfections which are considered natural characteristics.
