Contact us within 3 days of delivery and Dispatch items back within 14 days of delivery, based on the tracking code
The returned Products should be sent back with all labels and safety tags
The Products should not show any sign of usage or have been changed in any way (worn, washed, stretched, etc.) and should be sent back in the same condition in which they were received

- Pack compactly.
- Do not include an invoice letter or other documents in the package
- Mark the shipment as a GIFT worth EUR 40 or less
- send the shipment with a regular post services and registered - so chance of the product being lost is smaller

What is personal order:
- There are changes to the original model - remove or add items, changing the colors and materials, etc.
- Altering lengths, widths or the garment is made to your personal measurements other than the size chart

Checking the measurements for matching the size will not be considered as personal order

Personal order can't be returned or exchanged. You can send it only for correction

All lengths of the garments are based for 170 cm height for women and 180 cm height for man.

BUST
Wrap the measuring tape somewhat loosely around the fullest part of your chest (at nipple level). Round to the nearest whole number.

WAIST
Bend to one side to find the natural crease of your waist. Then, standing straight, make sure the tape fits securely yet comfortably around your waist. Allow one finger between your body and the tape.

HIPS
Approximately 22 cm / 8.5" below the waist, measure around the fullest point of your hip (lower body).

INSEAM
Measure straight down the inside leg from the crotch to the ankle.

Express delivery

Any order that you want to be shipped and delivered before the deadlines announced by us will be treated as an Express order (priority order) and will be charged additionally.
Priority order fee is 50 Euro and must be paid in advance by personal order.

Goods purchased from abroad are imported goods and may be subject to local taxes like VAT and/or custom charges. They are never included in price or shipping cost and have be paid by the Buyer to local Customs (through the shipping carrier).
