• I AM CURRENTLY ONLY SHIPPING TO THE U.K. •

All orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days from the date the order is placed. However I do aim to get orders out as soon as possible. You will be contacted ASAP if this time may be longer due to postal strikes/illness etc.

Please double check your delivery address. All orders are sent to the address given to me via Etsy. If it is incorrect and is returned to myself, postage will need to be paid again to be re-sent to you.

• UK •
All orders are sent as a 'large letter’ via Royal Mail. (This is an un-tracked service) You can choose between Standard 2nd Class or 1st Class delivery. Delivery time is approximately 2-5 working days for Standard and 1-3 working days for 1st from the day your order is dispatched.
If you would like your items sent tracked and signed for, please message me to discuss options.


• EU •
All EU orders are sent via Standard Air Mail. Please be aware that delivery can take between 1 - 3 weeks. Please contact me if your order has not arrived after 3 weeks from the date you are notified it was shipped.
I am not responsible for any import or custom charges that may occur.


• U.S.A and Canada •
All US and Canadian orders are sent via ‘Tracked Air Mail’. A tracking number will be added to your dispatch email and you will be able to use this number to track the journey of your purchase via the Royal Mail website.
Please be aware that shipment to the U.S.A/Canada can take between 1 - 4 weeks. Please contact me if your order has not arrived after 4 weeks from the date you are notified it was shipped.

Each piece of jewellery that is purchased comes gift boxed free of charge. You will find a picture of the box in the picture gallery of each item listed.

All of the jewellery that is available to purchase from Rosie Bow is plated unless stated other wise.

To keep your jewellery in the best condition possible, I would highly recommend that you remove your jewellery when showering, bathing, exercising & sleeping. Avoid spraying perfumes directly onto your jewellery, keep away from direct sunlight and store inside a jewellery box or pot. Not following these care instructions can cause your jewellery to tarnish.
