Paola, I am glad you like the art. Regarding the fabric, the description states that it is a "thin lightweight polyester". You don't just pay for a piece of fabric, you pay for the originality of this item and the art printed on it. All the best to you!

I bought this tapestry for my Zoom background, the design is beautiful, but when I received it, the fabric was so thin, it was nearly see through and would not work for my purposes. Contacted the seller to return (even offered to return it even without a refund) but she was firm and unhelpful even blaming me for not reading- perhaps not understanding the description “polyester microfiber”. Now she has added the word “thin” to the description that was not there before. While I understand the need to have no refunds or returns on custom products, this had a tag that said “Made in China”. In looking at further reviews, the seller retorts with combative reasons why people should live with their purchases. I do not believe this is good customer service for an online retailer and I would not buy from this seller in the future.

I am sorry you didn't read item description and policies. Clear policies is a part of good customer service. It is there so customers can make an informed decision. You told me you "expected a THICK and HEAVY" item to use as a blackout curtain (?) The description clearly states that image is printed on thin light weight polyester. I send 2 personalized messages to every customer, making sure they read description and policies. I also give 5 hours to cancel an order if customer has doubts. I always work with my customers to resolve any quality issues. I'm not a big box store, I'm a one artist shop. My items are unique creations made one at-a-time only when ordered. All items are printed in USA, imported materials can be used. If you wanted to return it WITHOUT a refund, why 1 star review for the perfect item?
