Bib
Headrest Bib, that works with the headrest up or down. This pattern can create a Short Bib that just covers the headrest or a Long Bib that has a flap at the bottom for extra protection when forward facing baby. Any style of bib can be made "pull over" or with a tab closure.

Rectangular Suck Pads are easy to sew and great for a beginner. You can even get some corner coverage by unsnapping the bottom snap and allowing it to flare at the base. You could even sew these by hand.

Corner Suck Pads have 3 sections that fit into and around the corner area. The curved pad is particularly good for those babies that are on the smaller size for their carrier as that corner region is at prime chewing height. If you use the curved pads with the headrest up, the pads will naturally fold, or you can scrunch them.
