“I've ordered a lot through Etsy over the years and have always reviewed each vendor with 5 star rating. I've never had to use customer service. This is also the 1st time I was very disappointed with the quality of an item. After not getting any order shipped emails, I reached out asking for status. She did not respond until the day came in which I could open a case. I've been in customer service over twenty years and if I didn't respond to my customers in a timely manner, I would have been fired. When I received the item, it looked like it was just thrown together at the last minute. I replaced the t-light with fairy lights, which made it look a little better at night. During the day, it looks lthe two year old made it. Extremely disappointed.”
