How can I add a gift message?

Each item comes with a card with care instructions on them. On the front of these cards there is a space for us to add your personal message. It's completely free! Will my order be tracked?

EU, USA and Canadian orders are available to go out untracked for under £5 in shipping. For peace of mind we recommend upgrading to tracking at the checkout so you can watch your item's progress as it comes to you. Australia and New Zealand - all orders are sent tracked. They have the longest shipping times so we want you to be informed where your parcel is. You can get free international shipping by spending £30 or more. You can get free tracked international shipping by spending £50 or more. UK orders can add tracking for as little as £1.50 at the checkout.

How are the items packaged?

Gift box items come in a kraft eco-friendly gift box. Carded items come in cellophane within an organza bag. All earrings are carded and come with hygiene seals. Please note: If you do not wish to have a branded card please state so in the "notes to seller" as we have plain ones we can use instead :)

How long will it take to receive my item?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. Shipping times after dispatch are as follows: Estimated delivery times are inflated due to risk of delays. Most post is arriving in the smaller timeframes but there are exceptions. United Kingdom: 1-5 business days (Monday-Friday) Canada: 2-4 weeks United States: 1-3 weeks Europe: 1-3 weeks Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 2-4 weeks
