To order:
**STEP ONE: Select your print size and add the item to your cart.
**STEP TWO: Please be sure to indicate all your specifics for the cards during checkout (name, age, date, time, Family name (for holiday cards) etc.) in the “notes to seller” box. See notes below for changes to color, fonts or text. Please also include your file preference (JPEG or PDF).
PHOTO INVITATIONS, HOlIDAY CARDS AND THANK YOU CARDS (if applicable): send photo to pinkstarfishdesigns{at}gmail.com. you can also send via an Etsy message. Kindly reference your order number if sending via e-mail.
Your photo will need to be high resolution and full size for maximum quality. Please only choose and send one photo. If I receive more than one I will use the one that looks best in the design. You can always contact me prior to make sure your photo will work via an Etsy message. Also review the example. If you send me a horizontal photo for a vertical space it will be cropped to fit. By sending me a photo, you agree that you have exclusive rights to use it.
COLOR, FONT AND TEXT CHANGES:
We are happy to customize any invitation for you to suit your needs or party theme. If you want to change the color scheme, have a special font you want to use, prefer a different text layout (including your own wording), or want additional clip art added (you must contact us prior for additional clip art to see if it is possible), please contact us to make sure we can accommodate the request, and purchase this listing along with the invitation:

DIGITAL FILE DELIVERY INFORMATION:
You will receive a single printable file in JPEG or PDF format e-mailed to your account associated with Etsy. It will be high resolution (300 dpi). You can print from home or at any local photo lab (or photo kiosk) or at a professional printer.
If you need the invitation a different size than what is shown as available, please contact me to make sure I can accommodate it.
Items are sent out by e-mail (nothing is physically sent) as outlined below, unless a rush option is purchased. Normal turnaround time is 2-3 business days Monday to Friday. Please note that we operate on Eastern Standard Time, so if an order is sent overnight (after 12AM EST) it will be considered received the following business day. Please note that orders placed over the weekend will be emailed the following Tuesday or Wednesday unless rush service is purchased.
Rush orders will be sent out within 24 hours, even if it falls on a weekend.
We observe all US national holidays - these days are not considered a business day. If you need a file on a holiday, please purchase the rush service option.
We also create matching party accessories! We can make digital/printable bunting banners, favor tags, food labels, signs, etc. all to match your party invitation. If you are interested, please email or send us an Etsy message me for more details!
We also offer professional printing services for clients located in the United States! Invitations, thank you notes, stationery and holiday cards can all be printed. They are 5x7" and printed on a high quality matte card stock and come with matching white envelopes. I am able to print in quanitites of 10. *** If you are using a professional printing service, please know their requirements when you place your order. Every printer is different and some require special formats, dimenions, and/or bleeds and crop marks. Please let me know this to avoid disappointment later. We always recommend getting a proof prior to ordering. Your print should come out closely to what appears on the screen. If it does not, there is a problem on the printing end. Those issues will need to be resolved between you and the print shop. I don't have control over the printing process due to the variation in equipment, paper types and operators. Colors may vary slightly depending on your computer screen!***

Due to the nature of our products, absolutely no refunds will be given. If I don't receive the necessary information to complete your order within 15 working business days I will mark the invitation as "shipped", and you will be eligible for store credit equal to the invitation price.
