Current processing time for orders as listed is currently running approximately 8-10 business days. If you need something delivered sooner I may be able to fit you in but please contact me first so I can make sure there is room on my schedule. For some orders a rush service upgrade will be necessary. (Filling urgent orders requires me to add work to the end of my day. With rush service, although we can't guarantee a delivery date; your order is guaranteed to be completed and shipped out within 24 hours or less with priority mail which is 1-3 days anywhere in the US. (rush orders on Sat or Friday night may not ship until following Mon)

The rush fee will depend on the amount of open orders at any given time.

We do not move existing orders down the line, we add rush orders to our existing schedule. Therefore we are charging extra for extending our workday and the speedy shipping.

Overnight shipping is available if preferred but is very expensive and rarely necessary

Shea butter soap ingredients:

Vegetable Glycerin, Saponified oils, Coconut oil, Sunflower oil, Purified water, Shea butter, fragrance, (in some) oxides and or mica for color

You can either send a message or just add a note with your personalization requirements when you place the order in the box that says, "add a note to LaLaLipsie". ie: custom colors and or wording. Both wording personalization and color changes are available at no extra charge.
