Can I receive my purchase faster?

The fastest delivery method I can offer is 3 business days worldwide via DHL Express. The Express Delivery option is available for all my products and can be chosen at the checkout. IMPORTANT I will need your PHONE NUMBER in order to send you the parcel. All courier companies require a phone number to contact you and arrange the delivery details.

What are your refund policies in case of product return?

FULL REFUND I will issue a full refund for you in case the received product has major differences with the description in the listing, or the product is defective. FULL REFUND EXCLUDING THE DELIVERY COST You are welcome to return any product in 14 calendar days after you have received it without any reason or explanations. In this case I will issue a refund to your account for the TOTAL amount MINUS the DELIVERY COST. IMPORTANT NOTE! A refund can be issued only after the product is delivered back to me.

What to do if I have purchased the wrong size or length?

If you have made a purchase of an item in the wrong size or length, you can send it back to me and I will adjust the size or even make a new piece of jewelry. Note that you will have to pay the shipping cost in both directions.

Can I return my purchase?

You are welcome to return any purchase in not more than 14 days after you receive it. The product should be in its original condition without any damages or signs of wear. IMPORTANT! Custom and personalised orders cannot be returned.
