Sorry, no. I do not ever sell or share digital files of my paintings. Thanks for your understanding!

Packages in Transit / Delivery Delays

Please note that once an order is shipped, it is in the care of the postal service. While most packages arrive within the estimated timeframe, some may experience slower movement or unexpected routing within the USPS system — especially during peak mailing seasons. Packages that appear “stuck” in transit usually resume movement and are delivered. Orders are considered lost in transit only if they have not been delivered and show no successful delivery after the following timeframes: U.S. orders: 30 days from ship date International orders: 50 days from ship date If an order meets these criteria, a replacement will be issued at my discretion. When will my order arrive?

Orders prepare to ship within 3 business days. U.S. Orders: Free shipping goes out via USPS Ground Advantage (2–8 business days, excluding Sundays). We ship from the West Coast. If you need your order sooner, please select a shipping upgrade at checkout. International Orders: Transit times vary widely — typically 7 to 40 days. Customs processing differs by country, and we do not have visibility into those policies. Important: Once your package is handed to USPS, delivery time is out of our control. We see the same tracking information you do. Please review our policies regarding lost or damaged packages.

When you upgrade to Priority

When you have upgraded to Priority, and want to ask me to move your order up in the queue, direct message me. Otherwise I ship in the order received. Please don't request to be moved up in the queue in the "note to seller". I don't see those notes until I get to the order to ship, but I check my messages daily. Also, messaging me here on Etsy yields a quicker response than emailing.

Coupon codes must be entered when prompted at checkout to receive the discount. When used properly the discount will come off your total. Typing out a coupon code in the note to seller or personalization box will not give the discount and cannot be granted thereafter.

Changing the delivery address

During the holiday season, I’m unable to make manual address changes after an order is placed. To avoid delivery errors, any order needing an address change will be canceled and fully refunded so it can be re-ordered with the correct address
