DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Orders ship via USPS First Class Mail & include tracking. While most packages arrive within 2-7 days of shipping (depending upon location), there is no guaranteed arrival date via this shipping method. Expedited shipping via USPS mail is also available, though it does not expedite the processing time it takes to complete your order. Priority Mail takes 2-3 days to ship, though not guaranteed. Express Overnight take 1-2 days (depending on location), guaranteed.

Orders ship via USPS International First Class Mail and include tracking. While most packages arrive between 10-21 days of shipping, there is no guaranteed date of arrival via this shipping method. Expedited shipping is available upon request.

CUSTOMS - VAT - DUTY FEES
International buyers are responsible for these fees. Before purchasing, please check current fees with your government's customs regulations and mail courier.

I want you to be happy with your item! I have a 100% return policy, with the exception of custom orders, which are non-refundable and non-exchangeable (they may be resized or revised, however). Before leaving a negative review, please contact me so that we can work together to resolve any issues.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless there is an error with your order. Additionally, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless there is an error with your order, in which case I will send you a pre-paid shipping label.

Each piece comes ready to give as a gift and is packaged in an eco-friendly, natural gift box with colorful twine and accents (with the exception of some chains). Most packaging is either recycled, recyclable, compostable, or bio-degradable. If you would like to add a gift note, please add this at checkout on the order notes.

SIZING: When viewing listings, please note jewelry measurements, especially bead sizes, to ensure that your item is as you expect it. Some pieces appear larger in photos than actual size. Please note that jewelry lengths include the clasp and hook. If you are unsure of what size to order, please include wrist size on the order notes, and whether you prefer a loose, regular, or tight fit, and I will size accordingly. If your item does not fit as you would like, I will resize your item free of charge, though there is a return shipping fee of $3.

CARE: Please remove your jewelry before showering, swimming, and strenuous exercise. Do not use polishing creams on beaded jewelry. Instead, use an appropriate polishing cloth or liquid solution.

CUSTOM ORDERS are not returnable. If you are not happy with your custom order, you may make an exchange or receive a store credit.

If you are looking for something in particular that is not listed in my shop, or you would like to design your own piece, please send me a custom order request and I will work with you to create something fabulous! Please note that custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. However, they may be resized or revised if need be.

Each month, I donate a portion of my sales to various local non-profit animal organizations dedicated to rescue, rehabilitation, and adoption efforts. Please see my shop announcement for the current month's donee. This past year, the sales from my wonderful customers allowed me to donate to WAHI Cats, Animal Project, Wild Bird Fund, Blind Cat Rescue, and Wolf Conservation Center, to name a few.
