We are so excited to offer the same durable felting needles we use in our studio practice, color coded for your convenience! We have carefully selected these needles to pair with the wools we offer, though they work wonderfully with other types of wool as well.

This set contains the 3 core needle sizes we started with, which you will still find in most of our kits. If you are new to needle felting and not sure what needle shapes/sizes to start with, these Triangular needles are a great set to start with to give you a feel for how the different gauges (sizes) work. This pack contains two each of:

#36T - the perfect fast-felting needle for beginning a project, coarse felting, and attaching felted pieces

#38T - my favorite all-purpose felting needle, used for shaping and detailing

#40T - a great finishing needle for fine surface detailing

Needles are industrial grade, measuring 3" long. Each needle has 6 barbs (two per side) with staggered spacing for excellent felting action!

As needle felters, we know how easy it is to lose track of the different sized needles that are in our collections, no matter how organized we strive to be. That is why we have color coded our needles.
Needles are wrapped in tissue paper and packaged with care inside a sturdy paper tube with a color coding key for convenient storage and easy reference.
