To add initials, name, or other personalization details for your order you must first add item to cart. Once you have item in your shopping cart, go to checkout. You should see a "notes to seller" box. This is where you will include any and all details for your order.

Please make sure monogram is in first, LAST, middle order. You will NOT be refunded for mistakes on buyers part.

Please see sizing chart in listing pictures or read listing description fully. Some listing give a detailed description on sizing/fit of item. If you have a question about fit or sizing feel free to message me. I am always more than happy to help.

For heat transfer vinyl you will receive washing instructions with your order.
For thread items wash normal. Optional: wash inside out.

If you are ordering as a gift and shipping it directly to person please let me know. I will not include receipt.

Also I can gift wrap and include note card with your own personalized message.

To see the charts for thread colors and fonts you must swipe through pictures.

If you are on a tablet or phone you will swipe left of right with your finger over the first picture. This should bring up several other pictures including thread color chart, monogram chart, sizing chart, etc.

If you are on a computer or laptop you should see two blue arrows when you rest your cursor over the main picture. You can click one of the two blue arrows to flip through the other pictures.
