Gift wrapping and packaging

All items in the store are shipped carefully, most of the time in tissue paper and organza pouches, by letter followed or by colissimo, depending on your choice. You can opt for the "gift wrapping" option, the item will be sent ready to offer.

You want an engraving on a bracelet or a leather watch? Some bracelets and some watches already have the engraving included in the price of the item. For some other models you have to choose from the drop-down menu "engraved" or not "engraved". At the passage of the order indicate your text to be engraved in the box envisaged for this purpose: name, first name, important date .......

Care instructions for watches

Watches should be used under normal use conditions. In case of problem, photos of the watch and the details of the problem will be asked before any return. In case of replacement of the watch, the shop can not guarantee that you will receive a watch of the same model. If your model is not available, a watch of equivalent value or similar style will be provided. The store does not cover: The defects of the battery if it is not suitable, glass because it could be shocked, damage resulting from improper use, lack of attention, accident or normal wear.

The sizes of the bracelets are indicated on all the advertisements, if you wish a personalized size contact me.

Returns must be made with a postal tracking number and in original condition, return postage is the buyer's responsibility. Products must imperatively be returned in new condition and in their original packaging, failing which no refund will be made.

Custom and personalized orders

Items personalized with an engraving or with a custom size, different from the size proposed on the advertisement cannot be returned.

Garantie cadran de montre

Les cadrans des montres sont garantis 3 mois après la réception de la commande. Ce sont des cadrans très fonctionnels mais n'oubliez pas qu'ils s'agit de bijoux fantaisie, votre utilisation avec ces bijoux ne sera surement pas aussi soignée qu'un bijou que vous aurez payé 500 euros, donc une garantie de 3 mois est très correcte.

There was only one issue with shipping where the leather band came before the watch because of a miscommunication. But the seller was extremely transparent and polite in ensuring I received the product. My girlfriend loves it and the quality is great!
