My personalized wine boxes are custom and hand engraved. They will be made at the time of ordering. They will ship in 1 to 2 weeks from the day ordered.

The box that is pictured is just an example of one of the designs that I've done. I can do almost anything on this box that you would like.

All of my wood burning is done by hand and is not laser engraved. Lots of love and extreme attention to detail is put into each and every box that I create.

Please see last photo in the listing for box closure options. If you choose "no latch" the front closure will be left off the box and two nail holes will be drilled into the corners so you can hammer it shut with nails. The majority of closure options are included in the price of the box. If you want two locks or a heart lock and key closure there is a small additional fee.

I go to extensive lengths to make sure that you are happy with the design chosen and that the information you provide is correct by providing a proof and review process. Once the design is approved and the names and date checked for accuracy, the wine box is created. Unless there is an error on my part or the box is damaged in any way during shipping, it may not be returned to me for a refund.

It depends on the season. Currently my turn around time is 1 to 2 weeks on wine boxes and champagne boxes. 1 to 2 weeks on picture frames and ring boxes. Guest books and recipe boxes are about 2 to 3 weeks and three bottle, double, keepsake boxes and card boxes are about 3 to 4 weeks. If you need your order sooner please contact me prior to placing your order.

I hand engrave and wood burn all of my items with a professional pyrography tool and each piece is always unique. I do not use machines or laser engravers to create any product in my shop. I then hand stain, sand and varnish every piece to give them a smooth finished look. This is why my processing times are a bit longer than some shops. A lot of love and attention to detail goes into every piece that I create. I hope that you enjoy having them as much as I enjoy creating them for you.

If you realize this within a couple of days of purchasing an item, it will be okay - most likely I have not started engraving your product. Please just message me ASAP and I will revise your proof and send back with the new information. However, if you realize that the information you provided was incorrect after you receive your product, there isn't much I can do. I can't "fix" the hand engraving because that would require some serious sanding which will destroy the item. You will need to repurchase with the corrected information. This is why the proof and review process is so critical. Please make sure that everything looks okay and all names and dates are correct before you send your approval :)

Absolutely love our box!!! Perfect quality!!! Unfortunately it will not fit a rum bottle we wanted to use instead of wine but that’s ok!!! Just make sure you plan on using a standard wine bottle it wouldn’t fit a larger or wider wine bottle either.

My wine box came in the mail the same day our venue told us we had to postpone our wedding date due to COVD-19. I am still so happy with this box though! It is just as described and beautiful!
