Returns and Exchanges

We generally do not accept returns or exchanges, because many items are print on demand through our production partner, and we cannot re-sell them. In the case of photopaper prints only, we can warrant this sometimes as we do produce those in house. We refund the sale price minus a 10% restocking fee or our ship cost. If an order is damaged, lost or the wrong artwork, size or piece, please contact us to work to a conclusion. In the case of photopaper prints, we can ship a new one or refund, and with canvas and shower curtains, we will ship out the correct one for free. We are not responsible for color issues, as colors can look slight brighter on your screen. Customers always are very happy with the quality of their artwork!

Usually arrives within a week on the prints, 2 weeks on the canvas. Before ordering, review any possible customs taxes in your country, as we cannot control and are not responsible for your country's fees: www.dutycalculator.com. The customs value will be the value of your item purchase, minus shipping and tax. We cannot reduce this on the customs forms as that is illegal.
