CLOTHING
Wash inside out and tumble dry low heat. Never iron directly over the applied vinyl.

HOME GOODS
Iron on medium heat. Never place the iron directly on the applied vinyl.

DECALS
Vinyl decals are suggested to cure for 24-48 hours after application.
⋙Not recommended for the dishwasher.
⋙When cleaning your cup with the graphic, only use a mild soap-and water solution. DO NOT use products that contain bleach or petroleum-based ingredients.

Each order is worked in the order it was received. My turnaround time is fairly quick for custom items, but if you find you need your order shipped within 24 business hours, you can add RUSH PROCESSING to your purchase. This can be done during checkout and is found in the shipping section. This puts your order in front to be processed and shipped within 24 hours.
⋙USPS Priority shipping is also available. Choosing Priority shipping does NOT process your order any quicker.⋙

The majority of items sold in my shop require personalization. That information will need to be left in the 'personalization box' or the 'note to seller' box upon checkout.
⋙Personalization can include: font, color, pattern, placement, names, initials, etc. ****When leaving initials for a monogram, you must leave the letters IN THE ORDER that you prefer them. A standard monogram uses the last name initial in the middle. **I will not be held responsible for placing the letters in the proper order.

If you forgot to leave your personalization details during checkout please send me a convo with the information.

***If you order one listing but request an item from a different listing in your notes your order will be cancelled.***

Due to the nature of the items sold in my shop I do not accept cancellations or returns. If you purchased a clothing item and find you need a different size I will accept an exchange. However, I offer my items at a low competitive rate and therefore will not reimburse return shipping nor pay to send the new item back out to you. Customer will be responsible for both ways.

If you received your order and there was a problem you have one week from the day the tracking shows delivered to notify me there was an issue. I require photo proof of the issue. If the item was damaged in transit I require photos of the package showing the damage.

Due to the worldwide pandemic transit times are extended, sometimes by several weeks. I never guarantee transit times as it is out of my control and I do not offer refunds for items received past a need by date. If your package has been severely delayed please reach out and let me know. I can get the process started to try and track down the package.

Steps to take if a package is marked delivered and you are not able to locate it.
1. Reach out to me with the shipping address so I can verify that is what was on the order.
2. Check with other members of the household.
3. Check all exterior doors and other locations where the package could be, porch, back patio, garage, etc.
4. Look for a note from your carrier on the door or in your mailbox.
5. Check with your neighbors.
6. Sometimes packages are marked delivered prematurely, but if it has been a day reach out to your local post office. Most have GPS tracking on their vehicle and can prove where the package was delivered.

I understand that sometimes font choices can be scary. I can do a font proof of wording and designs for your review. However as this process takes time I only offer proofs after purchase. I do ask that you limit it to 3 font choices.

Please note, during the Christmas rush (all of October, November and December) if you request a proof it can delay your order. Please also check your messages for correspondence from the shop. I will not make your order until you approve the design.
