Message me and describe your dream accessory. We will discuss it, I will make a sketch and after your approval, I will then start on making it.

Please allow up to two weeks for brainstorming, sketching, gathering materials, making etc. If it's a rush order then a small fee will apply. Please enquire :)

50 % deposit is required and after approving the final piece the rest of the sum must be fully paid. The item then will be sent out First Class Special Delivery.

You can always change your mind! Cancellations are always accepted, but please note that deposit is not refundable. This is to ensure that all cost will be covered by it.

Your item is always well-packed in most often brown recycled box, tissue paper & a ribbon in matching colour, bubble wrapped for extra safety and sent in a brown envelope to you. I believe every order is a present for the person who purchases it.

But if you'd like a Gift Gift wrapping for a Special Special person just mention it at the checkout OR in a private message. I will be happy to include personalised hand-drawn by me greeting card with your personal message!

Please handle your item with extra care. Every handcrafted product needs a special care and attention and not be treated as any other high-street metal jewellery.

• ENNA's products are well made and the acrylic jewellery must be polished with a soft cloth to remove fingerprints etc. in order to achieve a high-gloss effect. Please avoid contact with liquids / perfumes/ and heat!

• The hand-painted jewellery MUST be kept away from any other jewellery to prevent the paint from scratching, kept in separate box, kept away from water/liquid/perfumes. These are hand-painted accessories and due to the nature of handmade they need extra care.

• Please take a good look at all the images and read the descriptions, FAQ, measurements etc. before placing your order!
• To return the item for a refund or exchange you have 7 days from delivery to do this.
• Please note I can NOT accept returns or exchange on customised orders.
• To return your items - the piece must be unworn and returned in the condition it was delivered in with all packaging. Returning the item is your responsibility. Sadly I can't be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit so I kindly advise to include tracking number.
• Please be aware the return postage is client’s responsibility.

• Refunds are accepted if you receive the item faulty, damaged, not as pictured, or you just don't want it anymore and returned within 7 days of delivery. The jewellery must not been worn.

• To get the refund you must return your items and the piece must be unworn and returned in the condition it was delivered in with all packaging. Returning the item and return shipping costs is client’s responsibility, I recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Sadly I can't be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit. With insured postage you can recoup any costs.
