I thought and hoped this would be a great little file and I guess if I liked the font used it would be ok - but that font is terrible. I tried the J and I seriously thought I mistakenly made the I, or maybe a T, or it could be an L - I don't know. The instructions are not very clear, with no explanation about the WSS she hoops. I have a WSS but it doesn't look like the one she uses. I slowed down my machine and it still broke 4 needles through the process. I quit and didn't bother continuing. As with the other file, she says to visit her Facebook page/group for assistance but that page seems dead now. :( I would not recommend this file nor this seller as I just checked my emails and this person is trying to add me to a mailing list. Absolutely unacceptable.

So sorry you are having trouble Laura. The wss used is woven wss. Our Facebook page is still in operation we just don't post but rather use it for another means of communication. Several shops use an aweber plug-in designed by Etsy to capture e-mails. It's automatic through Etsy but in no way are you obligated to sign up to receive emails. I haven't had any previous complaints about the files you purchased but I will definitely review our instructions for errors. Each design and instructions are tested by test stitchers who have no prior knowledge of the design.
