We never fail to ship on time. Once your order has been shipped, an automated message is sent to your email on file. The email sent contains your tracking number and a link that allows you to track the location of your package.

There are 3 pairs of eyes on every Swanky Burlap banner before it leaves our studio inspecting it for errors or flaws. AND we take a photo of each banner made. We are proud that we have very little errors. BUT we are human and haven't been replaced by robots yet! So there is a chance you may get a banner with a misspelling or other error.

We need you to check your banner the moment you receive it and contact us immediately. We will gladly remake it and ship it immediately or issue a full refund. If you should contact us after 7 days of receiving your banner we will NOT be able to issue any refund.
