Can I personalize my order?

Absolutely! You can personalize your orders in countless different ways including font choice, orientation, placement of design elements, wording, and colors. There's a list of questions in the description of every listing. Just copy and paste those questions into the "note to seller" section when you're checking out (and be sure to answer them). This is also the section where you will want to add any specific customization needs.

What is the turn around time for items?

The Standard email delivery of your proof is 3 DAYS. Select items offer the option to "Rush My Order" when checking out which gives you 3 ways for receiving the proof quicker. You can choose - Get my PROOF in 24hr (1 day) Get my PROOF in 48hr (2 days) Get my PROOF in 72hr (3 days) Please know that if Rush Service is selected, the chosen time frame is only when your design proof will be emailed, not when the final digital file is emailed. (For example- If you choose to "Get My PROOF in 24hr" on a Tuesday at 1pm, then I will email your proof by Wednesday 1pm). The quicker you "approve the proof", the quicker I can send the official digital files.

Will I see a proof before my order is complete?

Yes! Upon purchase, I will create a design proof and EMAIL it to you (to the email listed on your Etsy profile). Once you have confirmed that you like the design, then I'll send you the digital file as a PDF and JPG. You will be able to download immediately. (Don't worry, if you are not completely satisfied with the first proof you receive, I'm happy to make as many edits as needed until it meets your vision.)

Unfortunately my shop is not set up to ship physical products at this time. However many of my customers love the convenience of being able to print the digital files on their own time frame without having to wait for delivery times.

How do I add a photo to my order?

A photo can be added to any order. Please email the photo to: specialdaydiyshop@gmail.com

How do I print my order?

Any photo printing lab or office store that prints photos can print these signs. I'd recommend using Costco, Walgreens, or Office Depot as they are the most reasonably priced usually. And I'd also recommend printing on matte finish paper rather than glossy. Some people choose to print onto cardstock but it just depends on your preference and may not be necessary if you are putting the sign in a frame.

What can I expect in the ordering process?

Once you are ready to purchase, please click the "add to cart" button on the listing and this will take you to a page to proceed with the payment. You'll then see a "note to seller" box which is where you will want to put the year, colors you want, and any customization info. Once the payment is received I can get started on your design.

How do I locate my INSTANT DOWNLOAD?

Once you place the order and your payment processes, you can go to "my orders" on Etsy and you'll see a button that says "download files." You'll also get an email with a link that will take you to the same page with the "download files" button. If you would like to customize an instant download, please send me a message before purchase.

What are the options for colors and sizes?

Please refer to the color chart that is in each listing's photo collection. Sizes of items are listed in each item's description. If you would like a different size than listed, just send me a message and I most likely will be able to meet your need.
