We always send a proof within 1-2 business days if there is any customization to the main photo, so keep in contact with your ETSY account mail so your order isn't delayed. Or, if you checked out as a guest be sure to check your spam folder as etsy will forward the proof to the email address you provided them.

The "Ship by" date may be moved at our discretion 1 day or more if there is no reply to the proof within 24 hrs.
