This is a very beautiful Royal Stafford cup and saucer. The pattern is "Tartan" and features an elegant patterned background, unique handle and gold gilt. This cup and saucer would be a great addition to any collection, a wonderful piece!

Royal Stafford was founded in 1845 and this back stamp dates the set to the 1950's. They were know for manufacturing some of the finest china in the world.

The set is in great vintage condition with only minor wear, no chips, crazing or cracks. There is a manufacturing defect where there is additional paint on the underside of the handle as seen in the photo.

Saucer - D: 5" = 12.7cm
