If your address is not in Latin letters (such as Cyrillic, or Japanese script, etc), please provide one. I'll put both addresses on the package, but my shipping provider can only accept Latin addresses. Thank you.

Most orders to UK are sent by First Class post, not tracked, unless requested otherwise.

All packages everywhere else in the world go with International Tracked (around 5-25 working days after dispatch).

International orders can take 1-5 weeks to reach the destination. I have no control over delays or losses, if such happens, please get in touch and we'll find a solution.

RETURNING ITEMS FROM OUTSIDE THE UK – if you are returning and item from outside the UK please clearly mark the front of the parcel as ‘Returned Goods’. I am not responsible for any customs charges incurred if you fail to do so, and any charge incurred, including the Royal Mail Handling Fee, will be deducted from your refund.

Unless the item is faulty or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning the product to me.
