This wooden personalized picture frame is made at the time of ordering. You can have the design exactly as shown here, or you can contact me with any other custom ideas you have in mind. There are a variety of fonts available to chose from as well.

Please note - Stain colors look darker on the guide than they will on the wood. If you do not see the color of the stain you would like in the list, it is currently unavailable. This photo frame holds a 5"x7" or 8"x10". please select the size you would like from the drop down menu before adding it to your cart. The frame comes with glass and is intended for hanging on a wall. If you would prefer an easel back so you can set it on a shelf, please select this option at checkout :)

I go to extensive lengths to make sure that you are happy with the design chosen and that the information you provide is correct by providing a proof and review process. Once the design is approved and the names and date checked for accuracy, the wine box is created. Unless there is an error on my part or the box is damaged in any way during shipping, it may not be returned to me for a refund.

It depends on the season. Currently my turn around time is 2 to 3 weeks on wine boxes and champagne boxes. 1 to 2 weeks on picture frames and ring boxes. Guest books and recipe boxes are about 2 to 3 weeks and three bottle, double, keepsake boxes and card boxes are about 3 to 4 weeks. If you need your order sooner please contact me prior to placing your order.

Wine boxes, signs, and picture frames are shipped by USPS Priority mail and comes with tracking and insurance.

Jewelry - USPS first class mail unless otherwise noted.

Wine boxes, signs, picture frames and jewelry are shipped by USPS first class mail and come with tracking and insurance to most countries. Delivery times will be longer with first class mail, so please take this into account when placing your order.

I hand engrave and wood burn all of my items with a professional pyrography tool and each piece is always unique. I do not use machines or laser engravers to create any product in my shop. I then hand stain, sand and varnish every piece to give them a smooth finished look. This is why my processing times are a bit longer than some shops. A lot of love and attention to detail goes into every piece that I create. I hope that you enjoy having them as much as I enjoy creating them for you.

If you realize this within a couple of days of purchasing an item, it will be okay - most likely I have not started engraving your product. Please just message me ASAP and I will revise your proof and send back with the new information. However, if you realize that the information you provided was incorrect after you receive your product, there isn't much I can do. I can't "fix" the hand engraving because that would require some serious sanding which will destroy the item. You will need to repurchase with the corrected information. This is why the proof and review process is so critical. Please make sure that everything looks okay and all names and dates are correct before you send your approval :)
