Wir sind zur Teilnahme an einem Streitbeilegungsverfahren vor einer Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle weder verpflichtet noch bereit.

• I produce solely objects to decorate with. They are not suitable for playing.

• The colors in the photos may always vary slightly from the real one due to individual monitor settings.

• Inquiries will be answered within 24 hours. Usually this takes place in the end of the day.

• As a work of applied art, the products in my shop are copyrighted and a resale only under quoting my name possible.

• All products in this shop have been created by my own ideas. Designs, text and images are subject to copyright protection and may not be used without my written permission.

Several products ordered at the same time will be delivered in a single shipment. The period stipulated for this delivery will be the longest of all these products.

There could be additional time frames occupied by customs. We strive to fulfill all formalities so that there are no delays.

The delivery period starts on the day after the payment order is issued and ends on the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a general public holiday recognized at the place of delivery, the next working day shall be replaced by such day.

Please note: Deliveries to countries outside the European Union may be subject to additional taxes and / or customs duties. You will be directly charged such costs as a buyer and importer by customs or transport companies. For further information, please contact your local customs office.
