I received the shirt that was supposed to be a size medium according to the measurements. When the shirt arrived at my home I contacted the shop immediately and informed them that the measurement cannot be right because the medium is an extra large. The print on the shirt was faded and coming off in certain areas and a small spot on the top (which I noticed after the emails back and forth). I have pictures of all the problems. The store said they would remake the shirt for me at a smaller size but I had to pay for a reprint of five dollars as well as shipping the top and the shipping back to the store for the shirt I was unhappy with! I would've ended up paying for $30 for a $20 shirt. The communication from the store was slow and unsympathetic! I WILL NEVER buy from her again!

:( Oh what a bummer to read, I'm so sorry you decided this was the best way to give constructive feedback. We really did try to work with you the best we could explaining that this is a quality Bella brand shirt, not known for running extremely large, but we realize everyone has different expectations of fit and were more than willing to exchange it- we told you we would waive our usual reshipping fee of $5. Concerning the print issue, since this is the first I'm hearing of this, I'l be sure and inspect it closely when I receive it back. As for slow/unsympathetic, I respectfully disagree, we did not email you back from your weekend convo until Monday morning as we do take time off on the weekends, but everything after was apologetic and quick. Sorry we couldn't make this work for you.
