Do you offer CUSTOM SIZES and COLORS and FABRICS?

Yes! Because we build every piece ourselves, we can build a custom size for you. We can also use a custom Benjamin Moore paint color to match your decor and use a custom fabric that we purchase for you or that you ship to us. The possibilities are endless.

When will MY ORDER be SHIPPED?

All of our large, framed magnetic boards are MADE TO ORDER. Our CURRENT PRODUCTION TIME is currently about six weeks plus shipping. Thank you for understanding that hand built frames and custom orders take time. For smaller items, please check the SHIPPING AND POLICIES tab in the listing of the item you purchased. The "Ready to ship in" time is listed below "Payment methods."

Do you offer RUSH DELIVERY?

Yes, we can often accommodate a rush request; a RUSH FEE may apply. Please contact us BEFORE you purchase; a RUSH request noted on your purchase can't be honored without our prior approval.

What happens if my package is DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING?

We package our items extremely carefully, and all our items are shipped insured via FedEx Ground. Although it rarely happens, if your item arrives damaged, WE WILL HANDLE the CLAIM for you. Please immediately report the damaged package to us, with photographs of the damage so that we may file the claim. We will start building your replacement and ship it with no additional costs to you. Please save the packaging material, box, and product (FedEx may want to inspect it) so that you can show the condition of your delivery.

Can you include a GIFT NOTE?

Certainly! If you are sending an item as a gift, we are happy to include a gift card. Please leave directions for the note card in the Note to Seller section when you check out.

Do you offer WHOLESALE PRICING on BULK orders?

If you are ordering more than five pieces, we are happy to work out a special pricing schedule. Contact us to get started.

Do you ship INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes. Many of the countries we ship to are already included as options when you check out. If your country is not listed, contact us to arrange shipping to your location. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS (especially EU buyers): Please note that items may be held for additional import/VAT fees in your country of residence.
