How should I care for my furniture?

Always clean your table with a soft cloth and warm water. Avoid using abrasive sponges, harsh chemicals, or cleaners that can strip the natural surface oils. Use placemats and coasters whenever possible to protect the surface from heat and liquids. We finish all our furniture with TREATEX Hard Wax Oil, a high-quality, eco-friendly product made from a blend of natural oils and waxes. Each piece receives three coats of TREATEX for a durable, beautiful finish. Over time — usually after about a year — you may wish to refresh the finish by re-coating with TREATEX. For ongoing care, we recommend using their Wax Polish for maintenance. You can find detailed care instructions here: www.treatex.co.uk/cl

What about Customs & Import Charges?

For all international orders including EU, USA, Canada, Australia etc., applicable customs duties, import taxes and clearance charges are included in our prices. We ship with duties paid, so there are no additional customs charges to pay upon delivery.

Are your pieces handcrafted in the UK?

Yes! All of our tables and desks are handcrafted in the UK by our dedicated team of highly skilled professional woodworkers. We take great pride in every piece we create, combining traditional craftsmanship with care and attention to detail.

Are your pieces sustainably made?

We are committed to sustainability in everything we do. All of our wood — whether it’s solid oak or reclaimed timber — is sustainably sourced. We finish each table using eco-friendly, natural products, ensuring both beauty and environmental responsibility. We also do our part to reduce waste by using recycled and reclaimed cardboard whenever possible for packaging, and we recycle all wood and metal offcuts from our workshop.
