My parcel hasn't arrived?

If you have paid for tracked shipping, then this will be linked to your order. Sometimes tracking is more up to date in your own country, for example USPS. If you have not paid for tracked shipping then I'm afraid I do not have any further update. I retain proof of postage for all parcels, and can claim a parcel as lost once it has failed to arrive: UK: 10 working days EUROPE: 12 working days estimated + 20 working days REST OF WORLD: 12 working days estimated + 25 working days

Do you offer discounts/sales?

No, sorry! I never offer discounts. If I could afford to sell my creations for less I would, but I can't, so I don't! I also know how annoying it is when you buy something and a week later it's on sale. So please be assured, that will never happen with my shop! Etsy occasionally offers site wide discounts, so please keep an eye out for those!

Do you ship to France?

Unfortunately I no longer ship to France. This is due to new licensing costs to offset the recycling of packaging sent, which is unsustainable for small businesses. I will keep an eye on the situation, and if they offer an option similar to Germany, I will obtain the license and will reopen French shipping. Apologies for any disappointment caused.

A beautifully hand made children's felt dinosaur name banner or garland. This string, featuring 2 felt stegosaurus, and a hand stitched felt name, is a lovely addition to a child's room or nursery.

Each stegosaurus measures 14cm by 7cm and has a fearsome spine. Each letter is 6.5cm tall and 2 (letter I) - 9cm (letter M) wide. This garland banner can be hung with a stripy bakers twine string, with loops for hanging at the ends.

The base price in this listing is for a 3 letter name, with options to select a longer name. These can be made with any length names, with a t-Rex, diplodocus, pterodactyl or triceratops instead, in a variety of felt colours, and on any length twine.
