Cancellation You can cancel your purchase and receive a full refund if no files have been downloaded. Refund A full refund is available if there is a problem with the embroidery caused by digitizing process. A photo of the stitched design is required to review the issue and determine a solution. Exchange If you accidentally purchased multiple copies of the same design, we can exchange them for other designs.

Each design comes with multiple sizes included in a single purchase. For exact design dimensions and stitch counts, please refer to the listing photos. A table with sizes and stitch counts is provided so you can see all included options. We do offer resizing for designs. Contact us to check if your required size is possible.

File formats included

You can check the exact file formats included under the Item Description section. All of our embroidery designs come in the following file formats for embroidery machines: PES, CSD, DST, EXP, HUS, JEF, SHV, VIP, XXX, and VP3. Unfortunately, the ART file format is not included. However, you can use the free embroidery software Bernina Artlink to convert any other file format to ART. A few of our quilting embroidery designs also come in formats supported by long arm quilting machines. The file formats we can provide on request are: CQP, DXF, HQF, QLI, PAT, IQP, PLT, QCC, SSD, and TXT. Please see the item description tab for full information on what file formats are originally included.

My machine does not read your embroidery files.

There could be several reasons for this issue. The most common are: Ensure you are using the correct file format for your embroidery machine. Verify that the design size fits within your hoop's embroidery area. If the design size is larger than your hoop's embroidery area, it will not display on the machine's screen or will give an error message such as 'design cannot be used' or something similar. You can check the exact sizes for each design in the Instructions_chart.jpg file that comes with your purchase. Avoid using subfolders. Copy design files directly to your machine or USB, or use a maximum of one to two subfolders to organize your designs."

How do I download my files from Etsy?

You need to download on a computer, not a phone or tablet. Etsy app does not support file download yet. Log in to Etsy on a computer, go to Your Account (Top right) > Purchases and Reviews, find your order and click Download Files. If you checked out as a guest, Etsy sent a download link to the email you used at checkout. If you purchased while signed into your account with Apple ID login method, the download link may have been sent to your hidden Apple relay email. You can also log in to Etsy with your Apple ID on computer to access the files. Files come in a ZIP folder. You need to unzip the folder on your computer before transferring required file format to your machine.

Can I resize the designs?

A little resizing (about 5–10%) is usually possible in embroidery software, but larger changes are not recommended. Big size adjustments can distort stitch density, length, underlay, and overall quality, which may cause thread breaks or puckering. For best results, use the included sizes.

Do you send physical items?

It’s digital download only, no physical product is shipped.

Design has multiple sizes to make sure you don't need to resize it. It is not recommended to resize the design at all. Re sizing it more than 10% larger or smaller can result in poor embroidery quality.
