My postage charges and services are based on the total amount of your order.

Orders up to 100 €: I offer FREE Priority Mail to Europe, USA, Canada. This service is not guaranteed.
If you require a guaranteed service then select Shipping Upgrade during check out. It will provide a guaranteed fast courier delivery, please note that this service requires a signature and the receiver’s telephone number.

Orders over 100€: I offer FREE guaranteed Courier service to Europe, USA, Canada. This service requires a signature and the receiver’s telephone number.

Any taxes and/or duties on your order will NOT be included in your online total. The Courier company will charge the package recipient all applicable duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees at time of delivery.
Since I do not charge, or collect these taxes, they won't be included in your online total.
Please contact you local customs office for more information regarding these charges. Charges are assessed by weight and volume.

Unfortunately there is no tracking information on orders sent via Priority Mail (orders up to 100€). This is not because I don't provide it but simply because it does not exist on the standard international shipping services that are available to us. This service allows us to offer international customers items at low affordable shipping costs.
If you wish you can pay an additional fee for the Shipping upgrade to have your order sent by Express Courier Shipping.

Tracking information is available for orders over 100€ or orders up to 100€ with Shipping Upgrade.
