Camigas is a networking group for women who are traveling on the Camino de Santiago and who want to buddy up with other women for companionship and safety. A whole-hearted messages of inspiration is included with every order. I sincerely want each pilgrim to have a life-changing experience. Starts with passion and a plan.
NOTE: This patch is available through my Etsy store and it is independent of the Facebook group ‘Camigas’. I designed this patch when early followers made a request for one, however it’s important to note that ‘Camigas’ does not profit from the sale of this patch, nor does ‘Camigas’ operate for the purpose of having a commercial marketplace.

SHIPPING & RETURNS
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Patches ship twice and sometimes three times a week. An automatic email notification is sent when your item has shipped. All orders are shipped US Postal Service first class mail. We base our delivery estimates on information provided by their website. We all count on the post office to get your package delivered on time. Once mailed, first class domestic orders take 2-5 business days for delivery. Priority is 2-3 business days. I will be sure to get your package shipped within the promised time frame, but once it is in the postal service's hands I no longer have any control on the delivery time or lost items.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
An automatic email notification is sent when your item has shipped. Orders to Canada are estimated to take between 8-11 days. All other international orders are estimated to take about 2 weeks but my experience is that most patches arrive within 7 days. Envelopes sent to nearly all countries in Africa can take 6 weeks to 3 months for delivery. Please, if you live in Africa, order well in advance before your departure date. Unfortunately I cannot guarantee delivery, but I do my best to respond to your order requests.
CUSTOMS FEES:
You, the customer are responsible to research ahead and be aware of any customs VAT fees, taxes, duties etc. that may occur related to your order. We have no control over the charges individual countries place on an item when it enters your country. These charges are unrelated to our production and shipping costs and will be your responsibility to pay on the receiving end. LOST ITEMS
Regardless of a postal service hiccup, I want you to have your item! If there is a delivery glitch and your item is lost, I will be happy to replace it at no charge as long as the tracking information does not show a status of "delivered". The postal service defines an item as "lost" if there is no activity on the tracking number for 3 weeks (in the U.S.) or 8 weeks for international packages. If an envelope is returned to me, I will forward to the correct address at no cost to you.
DAMAGED PACKAGE/PACKAGE ISSUE
If for some reason you receive your package and it is damaged or you have a concern, please take a photo to document and contact me within 48 hours of receiving your package. I will be happy to replace your item at no cost if I receive notification within 48 hours of when the tracking information shows a status of "delivered".

Eine automatische E-Mail-Benachrichtigung wird gesendet, wenn Ihr Artikel versandt wurde. Bestellungen nach Kanada dauern schätzungsweise 8-11 Tage. VERLORENE ARTIKEL
Unabhängig von einem Postschwierigkeiten möchte ich, dass Sie Ihren Artikel haben! Wenn es eine Lieferungsstörung gibt und Ihr Artikel verloren geht, tausche ich ihn gerne kostenlos aus, solange die Trackinginformationen keinen Status "geliefert" aufweisen. Die Post definiert eine Sendung als "verloren", wenn 3 Wochen (in den USA) bzw. 8 Wochen (bei internationalen Paketen) keine Aktivität auf der Sendungsnummer erfolgt. Wenn ein Kuvert an mich zurückgeschickt wird, werde ich es kostenlos an die richtige Adresse weiterleiten.
