this is a really hard template, i don't recommend cutting the dots by hand unless you are crazy/have lots of patience, if you have an individual punch you may be able to use that, my tip for this one is to cut all the holes in the letters first and do the skinniest letters first in case of slip ups, then you don't waste ages of your cutting time if you do go wrong!
